Mark Powicki, PT, DPT, CSCS, Doctor of Physical Therapy Co-Owner / Executive Director
Mark received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of New Hampshire where he excelled in football as an offensive lineman. He later obtained his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. He became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). On January 27th 2006, he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institiute of Health Professions.
Mark's history in Physical Therapy has enabled him to gain a great deal of experience in successfully rehabilitating and training a variety of diagnoses and patients. His ability to achieve functional gains with low-level neurologically complex medical patients to highly skilled athletes has earned him a great deal of respect and admiration amongst his peers.
Mark was Co-owner and Director of New England Sport Ready from August 2000 to December 2001. He worked on an independent basis with athletes at all levels to rehabilitate them from injuries as well as maximizing performance in their respective sport(s). Mark co-authored "Sculpting the Complete Athlete for the New Millennium," an internet course for physical therapists, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning professionals and coaches.
Mark has lectured to other healthcare professionals, athletes, and coaches on injury prevention, strength and conditioning and achieving maximum athletic performance. He has served as a sport specific consultant to various high school and college athletes/teams.
Mark manages the daily operations of our Shrewsbury clinic, ensuring quality patient care. Mark is responsible for program development, public relations, sales and marketing support and teaching critical thinking and manual skills to therapists employed with All-Access Physical Therapy.

Steve Messineo, PT, DPT, Doctor of Physical Therapy Co-Owner / Executive Director
Steve received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He obtained his Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. On January 27th 2006, he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institiute of Health Professions.
Steve has practiced in out-patient orthopedic based physical therapy settings since December,1998. During that time he has helped patients of all ages recover from a variety injuries and conditions quickly while helping them to maximize their functional performance utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols.
Steve has worked with Back to Golf and Body Balance for Golf Performance to develop conditioning programs for golfers. Steve has developed the All-Access Golf Fitness and Body Ready, Golf Ready programs which help our golf clients improve their performance on the golf course by addressing physical restrictions or limitations that affect their swing. Steve works with local golf pros to help instruct their clients in training routines to help improve their golf games. Steve utilizes the latest concepts and training protocols designed to enhance performance for all athletes.
Steve plays a key role in initiating contacts with physician offices, corporate entities, senior housing facilities, and golf clients to establish and secure patient and client referrals for All Access Physical Therapy. He also provides quality patient care across all patient populations.
Staff Profiles
 Pamela Powell PT, CSCS, Clinic Manager
Pam is a Northeastern 2000 graduate who hails from Weymouth, MA. She earned her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) credentials in 2002 and utilizes these skills within the clinic and with training private clients. She has spent 2001 to 2004 working at Shaughnessy-Kaplan Rehabilitation Hospital in a sports medicine satellite clinic in Marblehead, MA. She also worked @ High Perfromance Sports in Peabody, MA, running injury prevention and sports conditioning programs for adolescent and teenage athletes. Pam made the switch to All-Access Physical Therapy in January 2005.
Pam has focused on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine since graduating from NU. She has taken numerous continuing education courses on various topics including functional and sport-specific training, core stabilization techniques, post-surgical knee and shoulder rehabilitation, Mulligan and Maitland approaches to manual therapy, and advances in foot biomechanics/orthotics. She became Clinic Manager in December 2006, and is responsible for daily clinic operations, ensuring patient quality of care, and making sure the male therapists make no major fashion mistakes.
When not in the clinic, Pam can be found chasing around her dog Roger, the best lab/greyhound mix around.

Jessica Viscomi, PT, MS
Jessica is the newest member of the All Access staff. Born in New Jersey (but not a Yankees fan), she was raised in Southborough, MA and graduated from the University of Harford with her Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2007. During her education, Jessica was a member of a research group that focused on the scope of practice of women's health in the New England area, and presented the findings at the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association in 2006. Her clinical affiliations included working in an orthopedic outpatient clinic, an acute rehab hospital, and pediatric rehab in a residential school setting.
Jess joined the All Access team in January 2007, and completed a three month residency here, being trained in the 'All Access Way.' She's having great success as an independent clinician, and we're proud to have her as part of our team. Jessica's career plan includes receiving her Doctorate degree in PT by 2010. When she is not working, Jess can be found at the gym, occasionally horseback riding, and usually indulging her "serious love of food."
Jim Michaels, PT
Jim is a Hobart College graduate where he played fullback in football and was captain of the lacrosse team as a midfielder his senior year. He received his PT education at Northwestern University Medical School. He has received graduate degrees from both Boston University with concentration in motor control and motor learning, and from Worcester State College in Health Education.
Jim's PT experience includes work as a clinical administrator, clinical and academic educator, and educational administrator. He was Director of Acute Rehabilitation at UMass Medical Center and helped to establish the Center for Health and Fitness as Associate Director for Musculoskeletal . He was coordinator of the Physical Therapist Assistant program and Division Director for Health and Sciences at Becker College.
His clinical experience has included adult rehabilitation, MS clinics, muscular dystrophy clinics, sports medicine and orthopedics. His academic interests center on motor control, motor learning, and neurophysiologic/neurodevelopmental approaches to therapeutic exercises.
Jim's outside interests include choral music, guitar, kayaking, fishing and tennis.
