You may also want to consider our Sports Fitness Assessment as your opportunity to speak with one of our expert Physical Therapy staff members about your current level of fitness and how it affects your ability to participate in your favorite sport(s), either competitively or recreationally. During your 30 minute assessment session, our therapist will evaluate your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. He or she will then discuss training options for you as well as provide conditioning exercises to get you started on your road to better sports performance.
Our Sports Fitness Assessments are not covered by health insurance plans, but cost only $49.95!! A nominal fee to learn how to take your game to the next level by speaking with one of our expert clinic staff members!!
