In order to be prepared for your sports season and get your body conditioned to play your best, you need a cutting edge sports conditioning program to take your game to the next level.

Our programs for athletes in 6th to 12th grade help to:

Cut their 25 yard sprint time by an average of .14 seconds

Drop an average of .33 seconds off their 20 yard shuttle run

Increase their single broad jump by an average of 6 inches, and 12 inches in the triple jump

Improve their lower body power in the dead lift by an average of 55 pounds

Increase their one rep max bench press by 25 pounds
