From South Street, Rte 140, or Worcester, Take Route 9 East to first right hand turn after Best Tile, into the industrial park.  Then take first right at 904 Building and follow drive way to our clinic. Use the entrance where our All-Access Physical Therapy sign is located.

Our hours of operation are as follows:

-Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 7:00pm
-Friday 7:00am to 6:30pm
