Take Route 9 West to first right hand turn (Walnut Street) after the Shrewsbury Nurseries. Follow Walnut Street 1/4 mile then take a left onto Tennis Drive at ALL-ACCESS Physical Therapy sign. Parking is on the left in front of the clinic/health club. Our clinic is on the left as you walk in the main entrance.
Our hours of operation are as follows:
-Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 7:00pm
-Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
