We are providers for several insurance plans through our
association with NEPTN. If you do not see your insurance plan
listed below, please contact us and someone will assist you
to determine if we are a provider for your plan.
Our administrative staff has the experience and personality
to help all of our patients with questions regarding their
health insurance benefits. They are required to make patient
health plan benefit checks for 100% of our patients. This
means calling the insurance plan directly and confirming with
a live representative. Our staff also obtains referral authorizations
from primary care physician offices and health plans, and
collects all of our patients’ co-payments. For referral
staff at primary care offices, we send easy to understand
referral request faxes that can be quickly completed by the
PCP’s staff and sent back to provide a smooth start
or continuation of care for our patients in regards to their
insurance benefits.
