Our association with New England Physical Therapy Network allows us to be a physical therapy provider for the majority of insurance plans.  If you do not see your insurance plan listed below, please contact us so that we can assist you in determining if we are a provider for your particular insurance plan.  Self payment options are available if we do not accept your health insurance plan. 

Our administrative staff has the experience and knowledge  to help you with questions regarding your health insurance benefits. They make patient health plan benefit inquiries for every patient. They call your insurance company and speak with a representative to confirm your plan's physical therapy benefit.  Our administrative staff also obtains referral authorizations from your primary care physician's office and/or your health plan as well as collecting your co-payment.
